Ba Dum Tss collects no personal data. The app works 100% offline.
Because the app neither collects nor transmits any data, there is no personal data for us to access, view, lose, or disclose.
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photo metadata, device or advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or crash logs. There are no user accounts and no sign-in.
To function, the app stores your imported sounds and images, your boards, layouts, labels, colors, and preferences inside the app's private storage. This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by removing content in the app, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app, which permanently removes all locally stored content.
The app asks for file access only when you choose to import a sound or image, through your device's own system picker. The selected file is copied into the app's private storage; nothing else on your device is read or transmitted. The app does not use location, microphone recording, camera, or contacts.
You are solely responsible for the content you import and for ensuring you have the legal right to use it, including any copyright, trademark, or other rights. The developer has no access to your imported content — it remains private to your device — and accepts no responsibility for content you choose to import or how you use it.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no advertising, no data-driven purchases, and no external links or social features.
The app contains no third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or social-media SDKs that receive your data. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; your download and any payment are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies, which are outside our control.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data stored on your device. You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for backing up any content you value.
